New building planned for 2014

We are planning a new building nearby the swimming pool. The objective is to have some functionalities finished by the end of June: a new bar and some toilets. The rest of the building will be developed in the next years and we will put there activities that are much better near the pool.

Almost ready for the new bungalows

ok, so now the area for the new bungalows is almost ready, we expect that next week the bungalows' builders will arrive and begin their work.
Thease last days we have been having lots of rain and also cold weather. At last, winter has arrived. Anyway, all is going enough fast.

Progress in the new bungalows area

Heavy machines are now changing the new bungalows area. All is progressing very good, the weather is still excellent.

Dismounting in progress

Dismounting of the 8 old bungalows for 5 persons is already in progress. In about 10 days they should be gone. New bungalows will arrive in the end of December and meanwhile there will be a complete rebuilding of the garden and all facilities in that area.

Changing colors in the playground

Finally, we can change the black nets by beige nets. The process has begun, there are 3 workers involved and in 3-4 days they should have finished.

Apartments finished by now

The front of the apartments is, since some weeks, completely finished. By now. We are planning more changes during this next winter, mostly in the decoration inside. All these changes will be explained at the end of the summer, once the campsite is again closed.

New 4 bungalows are the best

The 4 new bungalows for 5 Persons Plus are finished, the green area in front of them is the most spacious among all bungalows. By now they have been numbered as 21, 22, 23 and 24 in the Sector C.

Never ending playground

The street between the river and the new playground is being finished, after a lot of changes and addition of various electrical and water lines. Hopefully now it is definitive and if so we will open the area in several days.

New playground getting ready

Parts of the new playground area are almost ready. We plan to open it in about one week.

Ping pong tables area is ready to use

These last days, after putting more benches and the garbage bins, the ping pong area is ready to use, and this weekend there were already quite a few people testing it. The area is prepared with lights, so it is possible to play until 23:00 in the night.

More and more plants

Near the new bungalows 21, 22, 23 and 24, gardeners are finishing the area, and builders put some lamps. Next weekend these bungalows are going to start being occupied and they will surely be among the preferred ones.

Garbage bins near the multisport court

Near the multisport court Vadim is putting 2 new garbage bins of the same model than the ones near the supermarket. The area here still needs some small details, but children can already use it very well.

Good progress with wrong color

Basic build up of the nets is going to finish in about one week. Afterwards there will be a lot of points to finish: garden, replacing of broken nets, lights, benches, garbage bins... If all goes well it will probably be ready for the children at about 20th June.

Continuying with wrong nets

So, the bigger portion is progressing, despite some rain and false colors. Here a builder is shaping a small mountain that will give more character to the area. You can already see the rather unnatural-looking black nets.

Small portion mostly finished

The building up of that small portion is now finished, a lot of details need to be addressed but the critical part is done. As you can see here the nets are in the right color.

Black disaster

The builders of the new playground have now discovered that the nets have arrived in black color, when we all wanted white. So, they are going to have to mount them first in black and in some months they will have to replace all the nets in the right color... It will be no small task because as you will see there will be a lot of nets.

And material arriving

New material is arriving for the new playground, basically wood poles. Some drainage work is already done, much more still to do.

Progress in that small portion

We have had some rain, the work progresses slower but it still continues. In two days the basic build up of that small portion of the playground will be finished.

Building a small portion of the game

There is a small portion that the builders are right now already mounting. This portion is rather independent of the rest and the material already arrived.

Water draining in the new playground area

Now the builders are beginning to prepare the terrain in order to drain the water from the rain, so it goes to the river nearby. Because the area is rather big this work will take a lot of time.
