More progress in the apartments

The front of the apartments is already looking better, the additional area of hard floor is being finished, and the work in the garden in front of them is just starting. In a few days the gardeners will begin putting plants. A lot is still to do, but it is progressing well.

Bungalows in progress

The 4 new bungalows are being built and the progress is ok, in about one week the basic building should be done. Afterwards some details inside --air-conditioning, etc...-- will need to be finished, as well as the clothing and the garden all around.

New palms arriving

Two new palms have arrived and the gardeners are busy preparing and planting them. The front of the apartments will be rather covered with various types of palms.

Ammeliorations in the ground-level apartments

The front of the ground-level apartments is going to be greatly enhanced this 2013. First, the hard ground will be extended, second, the green garden in front of them, and third we are going to put big separators between  apartments, so privacy will be better. All these tasks are just beginning.

Starting new bungalows

Building of the new 4 bungalows has just began. They are Gitotel Morea with some modifications, the same as in the rest of the bungalows 5 persons Plus in Sectors B and C. They will be assigned numbers 21, 22, 23 and 24 in Sector C.

Gardeners again in action

Here the gardeners are putting some small palms near the campsite's entrance. This is a small area that will also have some modifications, the practical utility will be that we will add more parkings for the bicycles.

Progress in the gardening around apartments

The area in front of the apartments is being redesigned, planting palm trees, opening a new street... the work that is being done there is extensive, and the end result will be that the apartments will have, in front of them, a nice green area and further away some children playgrounds.

Starting profound changes in the minigolf

Changes in the minigolf are starting now to be more definitive. More about that in the next days.

The gardeners are moving some plants in the minigolf, in preparation of the changes that are going to come to this area. More about that in the next days.

Saying goodbye to the fax

The fax machine has been these last years mainly a source of unwanted publicity, and since almost no client uses it we have decided to remove it. Email is now prevalent, facebook is more and more used... Removing the fax also allows us to simplify a bit the phone lines in the reception.

Secret demolition also finished

There was also another demolition running in parallel: a part of the building at the end of the street 20, where some toilets, showers... are located, and it is also used for the campsite's needs for storage. That building comes still from the times of the old camping La Estrella. We have now demolished a part that was not used and have tried to clean a little bit the general image. As a result, an ugly part of the campsite is now acceptable. Here you can see Vadim painting the final touches.
